Structurally, Doctors with Africa Cuamm is legally integrated in the "Opera San Francesco Saverio" Foundation. There is one balance sheet formed by the results of its three activities: the foundation, the non-profit NGO and the university college.

The following indexes and graphs refer solely to the work of the non-profit NGO for the financial year 2010:

In 2010, Doctors with Africa Cuamm's interventions in the countries where it operates cost 12.995.345 euro. Of this, 82% (10.634.654 euro) was directly invested in the main cooperation projects and in the hundred or so micro support measures carried out. The remaining 18% was used to support working costs (7%), communications, fund raising and awareness campaign costs (7%) and extraordinary charges (4%).

The direct and indirect beneficiaries of the initiatives were project specific and focused on hospitals. We were able to reach them thanks to the dedication and commitment of the hundreds of local collaborators and 73 expatriate aid workers. The 40 headquarters staff were supported by hundreds of volunteers throughout Italy.

Working costs include:

costs for communications sector and community rela-tions and fundraising sector services, publications, media rela-tions, events management and communications, development education, donor loyalty, new campaigns, costs for communica-tions and community relations and fundraising sector personnel.
