Doctors with Africa CUAMM’s activity in Rwanda today centres around a single province in the south east of the country in the Busegera region. The Rwanda activities support the health care provided by public services and focus primarily on community health (Primary Health Care), with a strong leaning towards education and training. Doctors with Africa CUAMM’s presence in Rwanda is entirely coherent with the philosophy and areas of activity which distinguish the organisation. In particular, close collaboration with central institutions guarantees the possibility of meeting the real and specific needs of the local population to which the organisation, which places itself ‘at the service of the nation’s health service, offers several years of experience.
